La coerción y los límites de la justicia. Consideraciones en torno a Nagel y Blake
Resumen
Nagel y Blake se han basado en la idea de la coerción como el criterio fundamental que distingue el contexto intra-estatal del supra-estatal para negar la existencia de reivindicaciones legítimas de justicia distributiva igualitaria a nivel trasnacional o global. En este artículo, se argumenta en contra de esta restricción. En primer lugar, se rebaten los argumentos presentados por ambos autores y, en segundo lugar, se plantean algunos puntos generales que cuestionan el criterio de coerción como adecuado para interpretar la perspectiva según la cual la estructura (básica) de la sociedad es, siguiendo a Rawls, el objeto primario de la justicia (distributiva).Descargas
