Abstract

When the mankind reached the historic sense, achieved the conscious of its historic life, knew the influence of the pass on the present. The historian brought out the consequences of the pass in the present and in the collective fate. In fact, the human beings are affected by the history and is necessary someone able to read, understand and reinterpreted it in an active way.
