John Rawls: From the overlapping consensus to the reflecting equilibrium. Some considerations about the public use of reason

The author's suggestion is to reconstruct the idea of public reason through the Rawls' work as the destiny were known since the beginning. The aim of this work is supported by the study of the concept of the public use of reason. That won importance in the eighties and were strengthened in Political Liberalism, were has an important play.
