The moral point of view in the companies: A description of the deontoligcal use of reason
Abstract
This article tries to a describe the moral point of view in organizations, through an analysis of a case of corruption. To accomplish this purpose, the author takesaccount of two perspectives from which the moral point of view can be understood, according to the terms in which justificacion level tooks place The debate around the diferent criteria of justification will center on the good reasons ofered, on the one hand by the rule utilitarianism and by the kantian deontologism, on the other. The general purpose of the article is to give arguments to foster the thesis according to which the moral point of view in organizations isn't exhausted by the principle which defends the goodness of an action in consequencialists terms.Downloads
