The theoretical network of double seed fecundation

Abstract

The philosophy of biology has reached its higher point nowadays, especially because the abandonment of the traditional position that made philosophy of science evolve under the model of relativistic mechanics. In this area, conceptions about diverse genetics and the theory of evolution by natural selection have been greatly disscused, although formal analysis of the most important theories, like the one concerning fecundation, has been lost in the way. The author applies this kind of formal analysis to the theories proposed by the classic mendelian genetics, establishing a difference between the concepts sustained by Mendel and those of the first mendelians.
