Political Rights and the Constitutional State in the contemporary philosophical discourse
Abstract
Liberal political philosophy proposes a conception of government and of civil society as a result of an agreement permanently modified under the conditions of the Rule of Law. The political sense of this liberal order thus characterized is dependent of citizens that are active subjects of law; natural rights already suscribed by Locke that enabled them, make accountant for and make them equal in order to outline the civil society and establish the limits of State power: Nevertheless, the author insists on reinincling us of the antagonism between private and public interests, given the situation of market economy.Downloads
