Focus on capacities and demands for cultural rights

Abstract

This paper investigates the justification of cultural rights in the framework of the capabilities approach. In principle this approach does not oppose to this justification, but it establishes significant restrictions for this justification, and correspondingly it is not compatible with the multicultural claims.
