About the favorable disposition towards the immigrants according to The Laws of Plato. Economic equality as a counterargument
Abstract
The city of friends that Plato wants to found in The Laws has the elimination of richness and poverty extremes, on one hand, and the education of all the social strata, on the other hand, as its pillars. Even though this base is usually recognised by specialists, the legislation about the admission of foreigners, which, in my opinion, is essential to build the State of Rights is often neglected by most researchers. In this paper I intend to have a look into that kind of hole in the research about The Laws codes.Downloads
