Saturated phenomena and saturable phenomena in Jean-Luc Marion
Abstract
The objective of this article is to establish a continuity in the work of Jean-Luc Marion in the face of a supposed hermeneutical turn. For this I show the novel concept of "saturable phenomena" from a historical reading of saturated phenomena. Although it does not occur in a saturated way, they can be carry to saturation. This concept allows a continuity between the topic of the phenomenon displayed in Marion's early works and the hermeneutical variation of his later works. In this way, I can compare the initiative of the phenomenon with an hermeneutical activity of the subject.Downloads
